Shipping policy
1. Order Processing
All orders placed on bru.fashion require payment.
Once payment is confirmed:
- Orders are dispatched on the next business day, provided that payment is made before 1:00 p.m.
- Payments made after this time will be processed for dispatch on the next business day.
- After the order is processed, the customer will receive an email with a tracking number and all details necessary to follow the shipment.
2. Shipping Costs
- Shipping costs are clearly displayed before completing the order.
- Exact shipping fees are available on the shopping cart page before checkout.
- The final order total includes VAT at the legally applicable rate.
3. Delivery Address
- The order will be shipped to the address provided by the customer at checkout.
- The customer is responsible for ensuring the information is correct and complete.
- bru.fashion is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by:
- Incorrect or incomplete address information
- Insufficient details provided by the customer
Note:
We currently do not ship to P.O. boxes.
4. Delivery Timeframes
- Delivery time depends on the carrier and the customer’s location.
- Under normal conditions, delivery takes place within the timeframes indicated at checkout.
- In cases of out-of-stock items or typographical errors in product descriptions, bru.fashion may be unable to complete the delivery and will inform the customer.
5. Shipping Carrier
The customer’s contact and address information is shared with the shipping carrier exclusively for the purpose of fulfilling the delivery.
6. Order Issues and Cancellations
bru.fashion reserves the right to:
- Cancel orders due to non-payment
- Cancel orders in situations involving:
- System errors
- Technical malfunctions
- Corrupted data transmission
- Supervening unavailability of the product (with refunded payment within 3 days)
7. Tracking Your Order
Once shipped, the customer receives an email containing:
- Tracking number
- Link to follow the shipment, when applicable
- Order details
8. Delivery Failures
If delivery fails due to reasons attributable to the customer (e.g., repeated absence, incorrect address), additional costs for reshipment may apply.
