1. Introduction
The bru.fashion website is operated by The Brandmakers, Lda, with registered office at Rua Monte da Bela n. 270, 4445-294 parish of Ermesinde, municipality of Valongo, district of Porto, registered at the Commercial Registry under the unique registration and corporate tax identification number 518851273, with a share capital of €1000.
1.2 These terms and conditions apply to transactions carried out in the tracking of orders placed on this website, as well as to any use of this website.
1.3 By ordering a product on this website, you are accepting these terms and conditions, as amended on the date of the order.
1.4 bru.fashion reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions without prior notice, with any modifications being published on this website.

2. Content Information
2.1 The photographs shown on this website are for illustrative purposes only. Customers should consult the product description before placing an order. If you have any questions, you can contact customer support.
2.2 These terms and conditions and all information on this website are written in Portuguese. The Portuguese language will also apply to any communications relating to this website and the processing of any order.
3. Orders
3.1 Orders on this website are subject to payment obligations.
All orders will be shipped except in cases of out-of-stock products or typographical errors in the product description.
3.2 To order a product through this website, you can register as a customer beforehand.
3.3 To order a product or products, you must add them to your shopping cart. To finalize the order, you must go to the shopping cart tab – by clicking on the cart tab after adding a product; or on the cart image in the upper right corner of the website. Upon completing the order, you must confirm the shipping address and choose your preferred payment method (from one of the methods provided in item 3.8). If you have registered as a customer, you can log into your account, and the website will use your data. In any case, you can change the shipping address.
3.4 If you have added a product or products that you do not wish to purchase, you can correct this error on the shopping cart page by removing the product(s) or emptying the shopping cart. Before finalizing an order, all the products you have added to the cart are displayed, allowing you to correct any entry errors.
3.5 As soon as you place an order on the website, you will receive an email acknowledging receipt. The customer confirms the order with their payment. Once the order is processed, you will receive an email with a tracking number and details of your order so that you can track the shipment.
3.6 The prices of the products shown are valid for the day they are advertised, remaining in effect for the customer who places the order and pays on that date, even if they receive it on a later date.

3.8 The price of the products includes VAT at the applicable legal rate. Shipping costs are added to the order price and are displayed before finalizing the order. You will have access to all shipping costs on the shopping cart page.
Orders are shipped the next business day after payment, provided payment is made before 1 PM.
3.10 bru.fashion is not responsible for delays or inability to deliver orders due to errors or insufficient information provided by the customer.
3.11 Currently, it is not possible to order products for delivery to PO boxes.
4. Returns and Cancellations
4.1 bru.fashion reserves the right to cancel your order in case of default.
4.2 The consumer has the right to withdraw from the contract, without having to state a reason and without any penalty, within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the day following the date of receipt of the ordered product or, in the case of several products ordered in a single order and delivered separately, from the date of receipt of the last product.
4.3 The consumer may exercise their right of withdrawal by emailing info@bru.fashion, within the period referred to in item 4.2, to one of the contacts mentioned in item 1.5.
4.4 The consumer's right of withdrawal is considered to have been exercised within the deadline when the withdrawal declaration is sent before the end of the period stipulated in paragraph 4.2.
4.5 If the customer exercises their right of withdrawal electronically, bru.fashion will acknowledge receipt of the withdrawal declaration by email within 24 hours of receipt.
4.6 If you exercise the right of withdrawal, the price paid for the order will be refunded within a maximum of 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date on which brandmakers.pt is informed of the decision to withdraw from the contract, without prejudice to the provisions of item 4.8. The refund of said payment will be made through the same payment method used in the initial transaction, with the exception of payment by Multibanco reference and MB Way, for which the refund will be made by bank transfer.
4.7 The customer must return or deliver the product to brandmakers.pt within 14 (fourteen) calendar days from the date on which they communicated their decision to withdraw from the contract, accompanied by the respective invoice.
4.8 Reimbursement may be withheld until the goods are received or proof of product return is provided.
4.9 The costs of returning the product are borne by the customer.
4.10 The product must be returned in proper condition. brandmakers.pt accepts the product, provided it contains its original packaging and is in the same condition as when received by the customer (in saleable condition, as is customary in commercial establishments of the same nature).
4.11 In case of subsequent unavailability of the ordered product, bru.fashion may cancel the order, informing the customer and refunding the amounts paid, within a maximum period of 3 days from the date of knowledge of that unavailability.
4.12 brandmakers.com.br may cancel the order in case of programming error, machine malfunction, or if the message arrives distorted at its destination.
5. Customer Support and Complaint Handling
5.1 For any matter related to your order, you can contact us through one of the contacts mentioned in item 1.5.
5.2 If you are dissatisfied with your order, without prejudice to the right of free resolution referred to in paragraph 4.2, you can send a written complaint to info@bru.fashion or through the contact form on the website, which will be answered within two working days.
6. Warranty and After-Sales Assistance
6.1 The products sold are covered by the legal warranty of conformity with the contract for a period of two years.
6.2 If you detect a lack of conformity within the legal period, you must report it to Customer Support within two months of the date on which you detected it. This communication must be accompanied by your order number and a description of the lack of conformity.
6.3 After receiving your product, bru.fashion will confirm whether it is a product defect or a defect inherent to the manufacturing process:
If it is concluded that it is a product defect, we will proceed with its replacement at no cost, with bru.fashion contacting the Customer to schedule the collection of the non-conforming item, bearing all return and reshipment costs.
If it is determined that the defect is inherent to the manufacturing process, that is, when the product has been sold with express indication that it contained the defect in question, the product cannot be returned as defective. However, the Customer still has 14 days from the date of receipt of the order to return the product, requesting an exchange for another product or a refund of the amount paid. In this case, the return shipping costs are borne by the Customer.
The warranty excludes materials subject to breakage, deterioration, oxidation, loss or misplacement, defects caused by impacts, inappropriate use, inadequate storage and cleaning, negligence, misuse, modifications, unauthorized repairs, accidents or normal wear and tear, and also damage caused by the use of other products, whether in conjunction with these or separately.
6.4 If the inspection detects that the product nonconformity is the customer's responsibility (e.g., misuse, improper use), the customer will be contacted to ask if they wish to have the product returned, and the cost of the new shipment will be borne by the customer.
7. Data Protection
7.1 When you register as a customer, bru.fashion collects personal data for billing and delivery purposes for ordered products. The company the brandmakers, Ltda. is the data controller. We inform you that your contact and address information will be passed on to the delivery carriers.
7.2 By registering, you are consenting to the processing of your personal data under the terms set out in this clause 7.
7.3 The customer has the right to access, rectify, delete, and block their personal data. If you wish to exercise any of these rights, you must send an email to info@bru.fashion
7.4 Your password must not be shared with third parties. If you do so, you assume responsibility for any resulting damages that such sharing may cause.
8. Dispute Resolution
8.1 In the event of a dispute, the customer may file a complaint with the Online Dispute Resolution Platform, which has jurisdiction for the out-of-court resolution of disputes relating to contractual obligations arising from online sales or service contracts.
9. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
9.1 These terms and conditions are governed by Portuguese law and are subject to the jurisdiction of the Portuguese courts.
